Scores, statistics, schedules, streaming listings, and injury information are provided for information only, "as is," from third-party data sources. We work to keep them accurate but make no guarantee, and the app should not be relied on where accuracy matters (for example, betting).
Uncle Sam FC is an independent fan app, not affiliated with or endorsed by U.S. Soccer or any club, league, broadcaster, or publisher. News headlines link out to each publisher's own website; all rights belong to the publishers. Rights holders can request a link's removal at info@unclesamfc.com.

Please include everything required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3): identification of the copyrighted work, identification of the material you say is infringing and enough detail for us to find it, your contact details, a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized, a statement that your notice is accurate and — under penalty of perjury — that you are authorized to act for the copyright owner, and your physical or electronic signature. We remove or disable access to material promptly on receiving a valid notice, and we may terminate access for repeat infringers.
Not in effect yet. Today every feature is free — the schedule, statistics, player directory and news need no account at all, and favorites and notifications need only a free account. The terms below govern paid subscriptions if and when they begin, and the effective date above will change when they do.
What is paid. A subscription covers favorites (including starring players) and match and injury notifications. The schedule, statistics, player directory and news remain free.
Price and renewal. A subscription costs $1.99 per month or $14.99 per year (US dollars, plus any applicable tax), charged in advance to the payment method you provide. You choose the monthly or the yearly plan when you subscribe. A monthly subscription renews automatically each month, and a yearly subscription renews automatically each year, at the then-current price until you cancel. We will email you before any price change takes effect, with enough notice to cancel first.
Cancelling. You can cancel at any time from the settings sheet in the app. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and we do not pro-rate a partial month or year.
Refunds. We would rather refund you than argue with you.
Refund requests go to info@unclesamfc.com and are issued back to your original payment method through Stripe. Nothing in this policy limits refund or cancellation rights you have under the law where you live — including, for customers in the EU and UK, the statutory right to withdraw from a purchase of digital services. If you subscribed through an app store rather than this website, that store handles refunds under its own policy and we cannot issue them.
If a payment fails. Your card issuer and our payment processor retry a failed charge for a short period. Access continues during those retries; if the payment still does not succeed, the subscription ends and the account returns to the free tier. Your favorites and settings are not deleted.
Who you are buying from. Subscriptions are sold through Stripe's Managed Payments, which makes Stripe the merchant of record: Stripe sells the subscription to you, charges your payment method, and is responsible for collecting and remitting any sales tax or VAT. We never receive or store your full card number. The charge may appear on your statement under Stripe or Link rather than Uncle Sam FC. If you subscribe through an app store instead, that store is the seller and handles billing, renewals, cancellation and refunds under its own terms, and you manage the subscription in your account settings there — not here.
Taxes. Prices are shown exclusive of sales tax or VAT; any tax that applies where you live is calculated and added at checkout.
Signing in is optional. A free account unlocks favorites and notifications, and syncs your favorites across your devices. Don't abuse the service — including attempts to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or misuse other people's data. We may close accounts or block devices that do.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, where Lasercat Enterprises LLC is organized, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
We may update these terms; the effective date above will change when we do.
